Our Story

Nathan Hale
Founder · Summit Peak
Summit Peak began in 2014 when Nathan Hale, a mechanical engineer who'd spent years on large commercial projects, bought a home in Park City and couldn't find anyone who'd treat a residence with the same rigor as a commercial build.
He started taking on mountain homes one at a time — sizing systems to altitude, designing radiant and snowmelt for real snow loads, and wiring smart controls so owners could watch a second home from the valley. The idea was simple: one engineer who actually knows your house.
Twelve years on, Summit Peak is still engineer-led. We carry fewer accounts on purpose, so the same person learns your home and its quirks, season after season. Comfort is engineered, not improvised.
