Wasatch Comfort started in 2009 out of the back of one truck. Brett Madsen had spent a decade turning wrenches for bigger shops and kept hearing the same thing from homeowners: they wanted an honest tech who'd treat their house like a home, not a ticket number.
So he hung his own shingle on the Wasatch Front — family-owned from day one, NATE-certified, and committed to upfront pricing before anyone ever touched a tool. Word spread the slow way, one good review at a time.
Seventeen years later, the trucks are newer and the crew is bigger, but the promise is the same: same-day service, real people on the phone, and work we stand behind. Your home is our reputation.
